cause change in noumenal Realms.
that bring about results in the Living World.
Phenomena are that which
can be sensed in the Living World.
The objects we hold, the marks we make,
the things we say are all phenomena.
Noumena are that which
can not be sensed in the Living World.
The Realms of Power, Spirit, Terror,
Time and Supernal are noumenal.
The method of manipulating phenomena
and the choice of noumena determines
what sort of practitioner you are:
commoner, witch, wizard, mage or sorcerer.
