Sapcliff Village

Sapcliff Village resides on the road from Sothlin City to Gullyspark Stronghold. It was founded by the Resettlement Decree as a farming community. In fact, Sapcliff has the most productive farms in all of Sothlin Province. The Ravenclove Plains are north of the village and provide ample space for farmlands and grazing herds.

Bridgecreek Inn: This traveler’s inn literally bridges a creek in Sapcliff Village. They kindly refer soldiers to Gullyspark Inn and Tavern. They are well known for their porch that completely surrounds the inn. Numerous chairs are available for people to take their ease while watching the peaceful plains to the north, or watching the people of Sapcliff Village from the other sides. Farmers’ Market: a place for all farmers to bring their crops to sell to merchants all over the province. They have an auction system where each farmer displays samples of their crops and livestock. Merchants come through and place their bids.

Gullyspark Inn and Tavern: This tavern is legally an outpost of the stronghold. It is operated by army officers for use by their soldiers. They also have a special room for the officers to use. Since it is operated by the army, it is a secure location. Unauthorized patrons are denied entry. Rowdy patrons are dealt with swiftly. They provide lodging for their patrons too.

Pigflower’s Travel Goods: A shop owned by Brine Pigflower. He stocks all of the normal equipment and supplies that travelers rely on. All new recruits that are sent to Gullyspark Stronghold pass through Sapcliff Village. Each recruit also passes through Pigflower’s. He has unique goods that new soldiers require. The stronghold does not sell personal items to their soldiers.

Star, Cat and Needle: is a tavern frequented by locals and travelers. Soldiers from the stronghold are kindly directed to the other tavern in town. The tavern was founded by three friends: Cat Pearstone, Needle Twineburr and Star Butterford. An offer was presented by the Resettlement Decree to create a tavern. These friends pooled their money and bought the rights from the Decree.

Weatherbee’s: a general store. Grip Weatherbee provides the food stuffs, tools and home goods for all of Sapcliff Village. Grip organizes a food pantry that feeds the needy all over Sothlin. He buys crops from the farmers at a discount and his people drive them to each needy villager in the Province.

Notable Locations

Pigflower’s Farm: Owned and operated by Tine Pigflower. Coincidentally, her farm focuses on raising pigs.
